However, only you, as the purchaser, can judge and determine a part or accessory's condition, form, fit, function, suitability and use as it applies to your particular installation and situation.  PKG expressly rejects any responsibility or liability whatsoever for the applicability or suitability for parts installed or used in your aircraft. As the purchaser, it is your responsibility to ensure the worthiness of every important part and accessory in your aircraft - individually and collectively.

By purchasing from PKG, the customer acknowledges and assumes personal responsibility for the potential risks involved with the use of PKG products and further agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, protect and defend Practical Kitplane Gear (PKG) Pty Ltd and its staff against any event, action and/or damages or injuries of any kind (including third parties), including but not limited to paralysis or death, which may be alleged to have resulted from the use of PKG parts and/or accessories.
